Jennifer Kunzel Rauch, cake designer and baker:

I began my career as a ceramic sculptor, preoccupied with baking. Fortunately, sculpture and baking have a lot in common--both processes hinge on an exacting mix of the right ingredients, baked (or fired) into a crafted product. My love of sculpture and baking found a perfect marriage in cake design. I began making cakes for my family and friends--and my two children. As the cakes grew more elaborate, so did my joy in making them. This is why I decided to launch Y'all Be Sweet in 2009. Based in Lebanon, TN, we specialize in creating beautiful custom cakes for a host of occasions--including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, showers, graduations and corporate events.
